The Falcons cannot clinch a playoff spot on Sunday, but a loss to Tampa Bay could mean a playoff berth for both NFC South rivals Buccaneers and Panthers. If both teams make the playoffs, one as division champion and one as a wildcard, the Falcons would be fighting with several teams for one final wild-card spot.

Here's a look at the scenarios:

Buccaneers clinch if ...

* If they beat the Falcons and either the Cowboys (vs. Giants) or Eagles (vs. Browns) lose or tie

Panthers clinch if ...

* If they defeat the Broncos and the Buccaneers beat the Falcons

* If they defeat the Broncos and the Cowboys lose or tie

* If they tie the Broncos and the Cowboys and Redskins (vs. Bengals) lose or tie

* If the Falcons lose and the Cowboys and Redskins lose or tie

* If the Falcons lose and the Cowboys and Bears (vs. Saints) lose or tie

* If the Falcons lose and the Eagles lose and the Redskins and Bears lose or tie
