Anyway the recollections of a year ago's sectional frequented Neuqua Valley senior Greg Crowley all offseason. Given a chance at reclamation on Monday in the Class 3A St. Charles East Sectional at St. Andrews, Crowley took advantage. Crowley shot a group low 73 to drive the Wildcats to their first-ever sectional title with a 296, three strokes superior to anything three-time shielding state champion Hinsdale Central. A year ago, Crowley shot a 75 at the sectional, completing one stroke far from a playoff for the last state-qualifying opening as a person.
